Mental Health and Well-being Ambassadors

Mental Health and Well-being Ambassadors are pupils from every year group who have a real interest in championing positive mental health and wellbeing in and outside of school.  These pupils are keen to share their learning around mental health and advertise the importance of self-care.

The Ambassadors have a responsibility for leading and promoting wellbeing throughout school, driving the message forward and releasing the stigma around talking about challenging feelings and encouraging people to talk.

Mental Health and Well-being Ambassadors also provide feedback on what’s working well, highlight any gaps in whole-school approaches to wellbeing and work alongside staff to make lasting changes.

What you will get from being a Mental Health and Well-being Ambassador

  • You will develop your skills for managing your own wellbeing along with how to help others
